I'm thrilled to announce that I'll be conducting a group class followed by a full Sound Ceremony in this incredible new venue! During these sessions, we will be working with Crystal and Metal Bowls. I'll provide a brief overview of their history and explain how they work energetically within the body. Next, we'll discuss proper playing styles and various mallets, each of which produces a slightly different sound. Every participant will have the opportunity to play both metal and crystal bowls. If you have your own bowl, please bring it along so you can practice on the one you own. This class promises to be an extraordinary experience!

The class costs $30, the Ceremony costs $30, and attending both is $50. You may come to one or both.
