Come check out this fantastic new location in the heart of Durham. I held three sessions here for MoogFest a couple weeks back and found this space is very conducive to dropping in and doing some serious self work. Many people had deep experiences.

This session has a suggested donation of $10-30 - none turned away for lack of funds.

You may receive this experience in whatever way feels the most authentic to you. Sitting up, laying down, gentle yoga, and light movement are all acceptable in the context of staying aware of your neighbors experience. If you choose to lay down, please bring whatever you need to be comfortable on the floor. There are a couple yoga mats in the space, but please bring your own if you have it.
