The Flowjo will be hosting Garth Robertson and John Westmoreland to play music for an intentional, sacred soundscape that will open your heart & soothe your soul. Guests are welcome to enjoy this blissful medicine in stillness or gentle movement.

Julia will be alchemizing a special Cacao Beverage to prime our bodies for this musical journey. This heart-opening beverage can facilitate deep emotional presence and feeling of expansive love. Participants can choose whether or not to participate in this part of the experience. The music alone will be wonderful.

For this special candlelit evening, the space will house an altar and a few cozy communal spaces with blankets & pillows. The mid-floor will remain open for light movement expression & connection. Guests may bring their own pillow, mat, blanket or back-jack create a personal healing space for the evening.
