Please bring anything to make yourself comfortable. Feel free to bring yoga mats, blankets, and pillows as there is plenty of space to lay down or stretch out. You are encouraged to receive this experience however feels best. We also welcome gentle, intentional movement for those who wish to receive the frequencies while in Flow.
